I used to have a MI audio Blues Boy Deluxe, very versatile pedal overall, worked with all my amps, which was a plus. If it had been my only OD, I probably would have been happy, just for the fact of the nice gain range and tweaking options. I didn't find the BBD as warm as my Maxon OD-808 or OD-9.

I replaced my Blue Boy Deluxe with a Blue Note. I'm using a blackface amp and the rocket pedal just sounds great to me I found the MI- Audio BBD hard to dial in... It is versatile though and with the ability to swap op-amps theres a lot of ground you can cover. I could never get a great result out of it though..
