I'd call it a verified MI Audio Crunch Box clone. If you look at the old CB schematic floating around on here from 2006 you can see it's virtually the same circuit. That 2006 might be a version 1 as it doesn't have a trim pot for the presence. I know the Version 2 CB has a trim pot as I used to own one.
