The music stops after slide # 999, which is the limit set in the dropdown menue for the audio in Powerpoint 97. What I was trying to find out is what Powerpoint version eliminated the 999 slide limit for the sound. I would upgrade to a newer version of Powerpoint but want to make sure it is backward compatible to the slide file that I created.
