I've activated mh_sound.pl and have the Audio:Mixer Perl module installed. When I choose any of the options in the voice command "Test volume at" MH always plays back at full volume. If I run alsamixer and change the volume before MH speaks it works fine there. I've reversed the commented lines in mh_sound.pl as follows.
