I have this issue with my Teleworker phones having no audio at all when you call through the public trunk to an external device. However, there is audio both ways if you call from a TW set to another TW set, or from an internal ext to a TW set. There is also audio both ways when you call from internal ext to the public trunk.

I have a Mitel teleworker behind a netvanta firewall. Inbound nat goes from Static > to Private of teleworker Outbound goes from Private > To public IP that I point my mitel phones to. mitel ip phones--->mitel3300 controller--->mitel mbg------>sip provider. scenario 1: direct inbound call to a ddi/phone behind the mitel controller works fine with two way audio. scenario 2; inbound call to a ddi/phone that has a call fwd to a mobile does not work. i get no audio at all and the call disconnects after sometime.
