As I was informed by Mr. Poon of Monarchy Audio the M22B is absolete and the new version is the model 22C, that has a CE approval as well. Monarchy must be able to tell you what other changes are made, but I can promise you, if it is even better than the 22B it is worth every penny.

Poon then created the Model 22C DAC, which looked exactly like the 33 but surpassed it in any number of areas, providing a perfect upgrade path.
