So, I bought an Motocomm Audio Boss AB-1M for $138. Good things: Comes with open face mike, closed face mike, all interconnect wires. Has built in Intercom (Driver to Pillion) FM radio. Hook up for PTT (2), Headset (2), CD/mp3 player Jack, Cell Phone Jack, FRS/GMRS radio jack. Everything but a 2 way radio.

I'd like to specify, however, that the Motocomm system you're comparing is the one made by AudioBoss (right?). There's also another system out there (maybe European members will be more familiar) called the Motocom - but it's made by IMC in Germany. Also, one comparison you didn't mention is the price.
