You still need an audio interface (or two if you're using one to expand the MPC's I/O). Though I've read the iConnectAudio4+ and Audio4C may be able to, but still need to confirm. (Those two interfaces have two USB-device ports and support two computers. Now I'm curious if the iConnectMIDI2+ with its AudioPassThru feature will work.)

Even if you use both inputs (xlr & line), the interface will sum it to a mono signal. You could buy a (at least) 4 line audio mixer and sum the interface and mpc there into your monitors. But this wont allow you to use your mpc signal within your daw. If this is your priority, you should use the mpc as interface, with your monitors connected to it.
