No there is no apparent sync issues with the original capture TS file , the sync remains in-line in both W.M.P. and the editing softwares preview. loading the compressed mp4 video back to the editing software also gives me a result with an in-line audio sync , and the same result comes from playing the file in the quicktime player

When I play a rmvb file, and try to fast-forward it with the "Page Up" button, the audio and video start to go out of sync and never come back.
