In Windows, only one audio output can be used at the same time for system sounds, Media Player and such. The audio device(s) need special drivers to enable multiple outputs at the same time. I think you better go with the analog audio output of your soundcard and use a two-way splitter to be able to connect two analog headsets at the same time.
