Unfortunately, I have already tried methods 2 and 3. I have even been onto AMD's site and manually downloaded the Windows 10 drivers, which had no effect. I tried using the troubleshooter but it said it couldn't find any problems. It's not a massive issue as I'm still able to view Netflix in a browser. It's just the app itself that doesn't work.
