NicAudio fix with the first frame the basic parameters: Samplerate, bitrate, channels and Dolby Surround Mode. If any frame don't match fill the frame with silence, then you obtain all the file silenced. Of course NicAudio must be corrected because Dolby Surround Mode is not so important to reject the frames.

Im not hearing or seeing much difference. The only real difference I read is that NicAudio cant transcode AAC or something like that. If I encode the same audio source to AAC-LC, one with NicAudio and one with FFAudioSource, is one going to be any better or different than the other once the output is all finished?
