You may be able to free it by inserting and removing a mini-stereo jack of the proper size. If not, the machine needs to be serviced. Using ATSC 3.0, I get a variety of combinations that work / don't work. Key issues are: no audio, video frame rate about 1 screen / sec, not at the same time.
