After upgrading to 3CX version 15.5 SP6, I am now facing an intermittent issue with 3CX external incoming calls. The problem is there are no sounds when we pick up the phone. Turned off SIP ALG. Enabled "PBX Delivers Audio" on all extensions. Set up QOS rules. Set up the 3CX SBC on a machine at our remote site. Ran the firewall checker and made sure all the right ports are visible at the PBX location. I'm now trying to set up port forwarding rules for each respective machine.
