Look for USB audio device. Either, or you should reinstall by right clicking on that entry. Click reinstall driver then select no then next screen same thing. For listening to Pro Tools output make sure it is set all the way to "PB" (playback) and the headphone volume is turned up. If that is not it... Power off the interface reboot the computer.

There is a Monitor Mix knob in the lower right corner of your M-Track/M-Track Plus. Turn it all the way to USB to hear audio from your computer. Turn it all the way to Direct to only hear what’s plugged into the unit. When you turn the knob to somewhere in between, you will get a blend of both signals. For a 50/50 mix of both, but the knob at 12:00.

the test tone and sweep tone are assigned to outputs 3&4, as well as the master fader. when i play either of those tracks back i see meter movement, but no sound. if i change them all over to outs 1&2 i get sound out. the fast track pro sound control panel in the prefs has outputs 3&4 selected. as well.
