In both 5270 and 5308, the drivers for my own SoundMax device hasn't been available from the Vista DVD. But it is available from Windows Update. Meaning you go to Device Manager, in the properties of the "unknown audio device" select "Update driver...", and then allow it to go online and search for updated software.
