SoundMax. The SoundMax audio driver did not load. You may need to reinstall SoundMax. There was an update loading when I went to bed so it shutdown my computer last night. When I turned on my computer this morning, it took forever to post the update and let me login. That's when the message showed up.

ASUS K8V-MX with SoundMax integrated audio sound stops working when a program closes. If I go to sounds and do the sound test I get no sound. If I go to advanced sound settings and change the quality it gives message that sound is in use by another program. If I run the test it works and then I have sound again until another program uses the sound.
