This is a USB capture device and the Audio portion is coming through your USB, not your Line In. In Media Import you select the USB Device and it should work. 1) Installed drivers without the device installed. After a quick reset I plugged in the EasyCap to my PC and it installed normally. 2) Open up OBS and made sure no other program was using the EasyCap. (If something is running it, just close the program that's using the cap card and restart OBS) 3) Added a Video Capture Device on a Scene.

The red/white RCA cables are the audio (left/right). The yellow RCA is the composite video input. So, assuming the device is outputting audio, I'd suspect a configuration issue or a faulty EasyCap. Part of the EasyCap setup should have been to configure the audio, or at least I would expect it to be.
