At the time 2014, the NUVO system looked like a good plan for a distributed home audio system. As most things go, it has been rendered obsolete, with the company sold off to Legrand Industries. They no longer support the MPS4 line of products, now using something else.

I also have a Nuvo Concerto home audio system. I'm was going to use the Extra Vegtables driver to upload to my HC300C to run the Nuvo system. Now, I want to use the Control4 touch panels to control all of the zones. The Nuvo on the other hand is full automation, music and so on. There is various wall controls for everything, and the power amps that Nuvo provide are usually multi-zone and very hefty. Depends on what you want. I do not know why Nuvo is getting bashed as if used right is a very nice system IMO. Just possible overkill for you.
