OAudio Bash amp is good for sealed applications where you need the extra boost in the low end. Remember 3db's of low end boost is equivalent to twice the power consumption. Which would effectively leave you with a 250 watt amp. This is not exact, but close. For a ported enclosure using the Shiva-X you will need a high pass filter around 17-18hz.

The OAudio is a BASH Hybrid Class D amp from Indigo (Canadian OEM manuf.) I would guess that the PE amp is sourced from Asia.
