When I stream to Twitch (or record), my desktop audio goes out of sync with the video over time. The microphone is perfectly synced the whole time. I've found sometimes that streaming on Twitch through OBS does give a small desync with audio but again nothing a close/restart doesn't fix up and then doesn't happen again. Since it JUST came out here in Australia end of last month I'd say it's too new to correctly work. For those asking if it's good for capturing gameplay to upload to YT.
