Crackling, rubbing of the microphone on clothes etc., that's what ruins the audio. Low volume however can be easily fixed after the fact, as can constant noise to a degree. Just a heads up and something for anyone to keep in mind. Getting somewhat pleasant audio is possible with the crappiest mic and doesn't require you to watch endless tutorials.
