Depending on your asio settings, you can find problems with some or all sample based patches. I was getting really strage dropouts in all of my omnisphere instruments during mixdown until I turned streaming off. This works fine for non-realtime mixes. The fire/crackling sound though is often a sign of asio overload.

Try freezing Omniphere before you export audio. For what it's worth, I run Omnispere, Trillian and RMX (all at the same time) without much trouble. The fixes you are trying tend to fix playback problems, not export problems (although those are the things I would have suggested and tried). Also I am running Omnispere version 1.5.6D 64bit.

in addition to a bunch of strange memory problems with LP9, I have a project that I simply cannot print without getting crackles and pops from Omnisphere. My sessions has 4 instances of Omnisphere, and 1 of Stylus, along with 4 audio tracks with minimal plugins. I've tried bouncing offline, real time, exporting the track as audio...nothing works.

X2 and Omnisphere exporting/track freeze issues I have several projects done in Sonar X1 that export/track freeze as expected. Those same projects, same hardware, same settings in X2, freezing the track or exporting output sounds bad. It sounds like a track playing on an overtaxed machine with ultra low latency (very garbled).

In heavy projects it makes a huge difference in the audio output. If it is too short, you get a lot of audio problems. Omnisphere is RAM hungry, as Amp Sims are too! It happens when freezing only. It happens on songs with and without tempo changes. I have plenty of RAM for the project 32GB. Ryzen 5950x cpu so that should not be an issue either...
