Aug 17, 2009. #1. Hi, today i just received Onkyo 806 from US. I live in Australia. when I plug the power to the wall socket, there is a red light on the front panel (which is means power standby). when I push the power button, the receiver wont turn on, and then I unplug it, and wait for 5 seconds, as is mention on the troubleshooting manual.
