Is it an audio jack, or are you referring to a USB port. I note that according to that diagnostic script your PC has four instances of "snd_usb_audio" running in addition to two instances of "snd_hda_intel". Note by default, openSUSE will send sound to sound card-0, which in your PC case is actually a USB device (a webcam, I think).
