DSkip. OSD Audio is O utdoor S peaker D epot's house brand. As mentioned it is the same as the Audiosource AMP-300. I don't know about the newer Audiosource products, but I use an Audiosource AMP-Two in a bedroom system. Considering what I paid, I've got no complaints about its sound quality & it has been reliable.
