You need to leave the file where it downloaded to (don't move it to Zune folder, that won't help). Open the Overdrive Software and connect your Zune via usb. Then right click on the book in the collection and tell it to "transfer". It should find your Zune and you can follow the directions from there.

Man I love that I can get books from Overdrive and still glad to be using it for audiobooks on the Zune. I convert the 64kbps mp3s into 32kbps WMAs and find the quality is still fine for voice. Transfer with Overdrive WAX creator and voila, books are ready to go on the device. Audible I sometimes struggle with transferring.
