We've got a Linksys PAP2 and are having real trouble getting understandable audio out of it. PAP2 can have lots of static noise on the callee end if the box is not power cycle properly after changing setting. Turn it off for 30 secs and on again and the noise should clear up. Not : I use Exetel too
