Prototype's audio bugs haven't been fixed as there'll be no patch forthcoming from Radical. Here's the fix. Radical Entertainment ceased to be a development studio in 2012. This game so buggy, I googled some and ended up making two guides for it. I hope this will help fellow PC gamers cut corners in finding the fix. Happy gaming!

Go to your Soundcard and look up your Format. The highest format you can use for Prototype is: 24bits, 44100 Hz. I hope that helps! Like i said in the question, i already set the sampling frequency. (I have given the same hint in the thread [Need Fixes For Various Bugs])
