Try every audio option ONE AT A TIME and note performance ( do not ignore the 'one at a time' rule). Repeat this with the video settings (the audio will stutter if the CPU gets bogged down. While it's unlikely that your GPU is the bottle neck, being that it's an emulator, absolutely everything has to go through the CPU).

If I manually load a game I can hear audio. If I load via a batch file, here is a sample one @ECHO OFF; U: CD PCSX2; START U: \PCSX2\pcsx2. exe U: \PCSX2\ISO\Kingdom_Hearts. iso --nogui --fullscreen ; then I can hear the game audio right away without intervention but still black screen.
