I have the same problem, in device manager the Dazzle DVC100 Audio device is showing no issue, Running any video capture software it does not the option to use Dazzle DVC100 Audio. Where as the video is fine. It used to work on Win8. I have tried removing the driver and reinstalling use compat mode, stil no joy.

The Dazzle has always had this problem. It's a driver issue, which is unlikely to ever get fixed, but there are at least two workarounds. The Dazzle messes up its own audio settings when the device initializes (starts capturing) for anything but Pinnacle's own DVD recording software, and it also loses its Crossbar device association.

My Dazzle DVC100 always work fine with Windows 7/8/10 =<1909 until I installed 2004 and also get Inserted Frames with choppy videoplayback and distorted audio. I have noticed in device-manager, the audio device of the dazzle is reported as "Dazzle DVC100 Audio Device" (2004/20H2), but in =<1909 as "DVC100" with the same latest driver 1.08.

My Pinnacle Studio Moviebox HD (510-USB) capture device shows up as a “webcam” in PD10. I can capture video but no audio. My settings show the 510-USB for video capture and as the Audio Device. The last box, Audio Input, is blank and there is no drop-down selection list. Under Profile, I am set to MPEG2.
