If it were me, and I wanted to repair a PL-730, I'd buy another for parts. This is very easy with ebay here in the US. Also, the parts you are looking for are most likely the same for any of the Pioneer direct drive turntables of this vintage. The platter, the headshell, the tonearm, the counterweight would be interchangeable.
