Dolby atmos movies sound output is completely fine. The sound is restored either by switching off or unplugging the Sky TV box and Firestick from the hdmi ports. It seems that using either of these two items somehow stops the sound for AAC or DTS movies on the plex client but not dolby atmos movies. My shield and TV software are all up to date.

I have a Plex lifetime pass, and when I try to play a movie that’s in DTS format from my Plex collection, I get no audio from my soundbar. The soundbar specs indicate that it supports DTS 5.1 audio processing. What am I doing wrong? Plex audio is set to passthrough HDMI.
