The CSi5 is a pretty hefty for center channel, but with an aftermarket speaker shelf, it looks right at home on top of a 60 inch sony. Build quality is solid and typical polk.

Howeve, Aperion makes a great center channel (634VAC) that is a three way speaker. It is far superior to the Aperion towers and the Polk CSi5. So, with Aperion, I had fantastic surround sound and poor stereo. With Polk it is the other way around. Note that the CSi5 is adequate for the cheaper RTi speakers, like the RTi8.
