My PSW125 had a fuse on the outer rear plate. When my amp failed a new fuse would blow immediately. Those subs are known to have a short life span, unfortunately. Polk replaced the amp plate with a newer version, but people are still reporting issues, so I can only assume that includes the newer versions.
