The TCi series would correspond to the RTi series in floor standing and bookshelf speakers. Meaning the tweeters and drivers, in the TCi, are very similar to the ones used in the RTi series. It's probably best to remain with the RCi speakers for the center, either another RC85i or RC65i if a smaller sized speaker is preferred.
