so, I managed to fix the game's audio bug, however it needs to be done every other time you open the game. you open the console, and type "snd_rebuildaudiocache". you then wait a while, then sign out of your computer, DO NOT SHUT DOWN. you will then log back in, and open the game. it SHOULD then be fixed.
