It seems like it must be a glitch in the cinema mode version of PowerDVD 10. It's happening on multiple hardware configurations and everyone who has the problem reports that their audio works fine in classic mode. I can attest to the same problem, audio is fine in classic mode, no audio at all in cinema mode.

When I play a blu-ray in classic mode, I get sound no problem sounds great. When I switch to cinema mode I lose all sound. Cinema mode worked fine with PDVD9 but not with 10 I've exhausted all the menus and have found nothing. The audio is set to "Use HDMI" and "PCM decoded by PowerDVD". These are the same settings that worked in pdvd9 but not ...

I also have no sound in PowerDVD 10 Ultra Mark II latest patch when playing dvd's in cinema mode, It works fine in normal mode but not in cinema mode and it does not matter if i launch it from MCE with remote or go to cinema mode while in normal mode,
