Quote powerdvd 17 and powerdvd 18 only support playing flv video, which is encoded with H.264 codec. I don't think powerdvd 17 can play vp6 flv file as their spec. vp6 is not supported by powerdvd so far. H.264 MP4 file should be playable if no unknown or compatibility problem with your GPU.
