Ditto Daveyf -- ecellent and detailed review. I used to own the Ref 3 and loved it. The only reason I upgaded to the Reg 5 (and soon to be Ref 5 SE) was ungraditis. I think the Ref 3 will go down in audio history as a true classic that will please for years to come.
