Earlier than joining Premier Review I tried almost every lecture and course out there but nothing worked. As an orthopedic surgeon, it was hard for me to master concepts of clinical medicine.

I took Premier but have yet to take Step 3. Premier is excellent, with regards to content and notes for the MCQs. Their CCS section is weak. That said, the Premier notes (while excellent) are VERY detailed. The total length is about 270 p. Sounds reasonable, but each page is full of info. It can be difficult to have all that info down.
