First, consolidate the Kick MIDI track into one clip. Then change the track view to “Notes”. Then go to the beginning and tab to the first note. Zoom in almost as far as you can. You will see the Kick audio right below the MIDI note on the next track, and you will be able to see how well the MIDI lined up.

You can do it in Pro Tools, but you'll need a 3rd party plug-in to do it. I use Melodyne Editor to do this with the DNA (Direct Note Access) feature. Even after the conversion is done, you still have quite a bit of editing to do, especially if you want to import the MIDI data to Finale to print it out as a score.
