OK if you have windows 7 go to Start>type sound> click the one under control panel> right click your default listening device> click properties> another window will pop up go to advanced> click the down arrow on default format> choose 24 bit 44100 Hz (Studio Quality) this will fix Prototype's error with audio in you are running windows 7 or Vista

Go to your Soundcard and look up your Format. The highest format you can use for Prototype is: 24bits, 44100 Hz. I hope that helps! Like i said in the question, i already set the sampling frequency. (I have given the same hint in the thread [Need Fixes For Various Bugs]) But it might help the others who found this thread.

If you set your sound card’s audio format to anything higher than 24 Bits, 48000 Hz, you may experience audio issues with Prototype. Note that this is not an in-game setting. This setting should be changed from your audio card’s control panel (Realtek HD Audio Manager, etc).
