    The P500 handles noy only my source components and my integrated, but also my two subwoofers, and has not used more than 50% of it's capacity. The sound quality of my audio equipment has improved dramatically. The lower octaves from the subwoofers are much tighter and crisp. The highest frequencies are where the improvement is most dramatic.

    I use these for my phono pre, CD player and turntable controller. The P500 works great this way, with improvements across the board. But, in spite of what the literature says, they are current limited and would not be good for power amps. As Elizabeth says it would run way too hot, and would adversely affect the sound.
