Okay, huh, fixed it myself xD. If you have the same issue, just go to the sound settings on your PS3, select "audio output settings" -> "HDMI" and then "Manual" . Simply uncheck everything except the default "Linear PCM 2 Ch. 44. 1kHz" and "Linear PCM 2 Ch. 48kHz". And then there should be no disturbing staric noise any more!

For some reason the headsets dont get audio when you connect it along with the mic through the audio mic to usb adapter, I dont know why though.. its some issue with the ps3. I have a PS3 slim and it makes a weird buzzing sound when I put a game disc in it. I can browse the web, play videos or blu-ray movies without any problems.
