Did the reset video output with power button. Here's what I got (pics below). Video on screen froze in 4th pic but still had audio. I could hear the clicking from going left to right as it makes when scrolling xmb. UPDATE So I made sure solder was good on hdmi, and replaced the hdd. System boots fine, all menus work, no issues.

I can't see that using this and a bluetooth headset being any different. I have the picture outputted via HDMI to a projector and this is also where the sound is outputting to. I've paired the bluetooth reciever with the PS3 on the playstation menu but the sound is still outputting through the HDMI.

I can hear audio of the system coming out through my sound system but no video. I thought maybe my hdmi cable wasn't working, so I swapped it with the one that comes with the system. Still no luck. If it helps, I'm running an HDMI cable from the system to my sound system, and then a component cable to my TV. Exact same set up I had with my PS3.
