I used Voicemeeter and it works as after selecting the PS3 Eye in there. How did you configure it? For the 1st Hardware Input I select my cam/mic, for Virtual Input: VB-Audio Voicemeeter VAIO, for Hardware Output, my built in soundcard. If the meter it lighting up when you make noise, it should work in the game.
