The PS3 can't handle the DTS track at this time and it will have to be converted to AC3. There is a program called eac3to which will extract the video streams and convert the audio for you. If the video stream is VC-1 then that is a whole different ball of wax. It will need to be converted to AVCHD.

Aside from that, it doesn't let you have any advanced control of the media from the viewer end, such as changing audio tracks, enabling/disabling subtitles. This MAY be merely a limitation in the PS3 though. The software itself does allow you to set up configurations such as choosing which audio track to prefer if available and so on.
