Thanks Nick. 👍 All I had to do was disable the Dolby Digital 5.1 Ch. sound format and the sound delay seems to have disappeared. I couldn't actually find my manual Sureboss. When I do though I'll be sure to have a read of it and see if I can improve the sound quality (if it's even possible with the automatic selected settings of the HDMI cable).

For a 24000/1001 fps video each frame must be displayed for 3753.75/90000 seconds. Displaying each frame for a constant 3753/90000 or 3754/90000 seconds would result in slow audio/video desynchronization. So Handbrake marks the video as VFR and alternates the timestamps between those two values.

The software simply uses the encoders in Kepler based GPUs to encode an xh264 mp4 in real time at 1080p/60fps in stereo sound. There are no options to delay the audio etc. What I did notice though is a PC will play it perfectly fine. I have not tried any other devices yet.
