The game stops minimizing on that setting, so maybe try that resolution setting on your computer. Maybe it'll fix the stuttering dialog. Tell me if it does. All the cut-scenes are impossible to watch with the stuttering dialog. And the in-game conversations are slow and the speech doesn't match the video.
